This class will walk you through the process and steps needed to create a textured, water distressed furniture finish. It is designed for you to paint along with a small furniture piece following the videos and achieve similar results. Our goal is to provide an experience as close to an in-person class as possible.

Please review the supply list and try to use colors and items as close to the recommended ones as possible. This class will help you achieve beautiful results with the help of our all natural DIY clay based paint, water, and waxes. You will learn how to easily create an organic distressed finish without the need for sandpaper or a sander.

DIY clay paint is highly pigmented and can be heavily diluted without separation. It is also easily reactivated with water. Painting furniture can completely transform a piece that would otherwise be overlooked or discarded, bringing a beautiful high-end look into your space. This tutorial is a great way to gain confidence for bigger projects and achieve beautiful finishes in a variety of colors with basic skills.
